After co-founding and scaling an international tech recruitment firm to multi-million-dollar revenues, Roman made an intentional decision in 2024 to sell his share and take precious time out to travel the world with his wife and their two young sons before they started school. Time is the one thing you can’t buy — and he didn’t want to miss those moments.

Refocused and energised, he launched Eagle-X: a talent partner built on the belief that hiring should be faster, smarter, and more human. Roman combines sharp market insight with the instinct to see what others miss, helping organisations secure exceptional talent that drives long-term success.

He also has a strong interest in fintech and sustainable energy investment — blending a passion for technology, impact, and forward-thinking innovation. Outside of work, he’s an avid skier, mountain biker, and outdoor explorer, keeping him energised and adventurous both personally and professionally.
